From connectivity and sensors to cameras, battery systems, and high-speed interfaces, your work will be at the core of how our devices perform, scale, and evolve. Our passion for engineering, paired with our international environment, drives our mission — to create seamless connections between hardware, software, and the real world.  <h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><ul><li>Develop, integrate, and deploy firmware and embedded software for ARM and x86-based systems </li></ul><ul><li>Write and maintain low-level drivers in C/C++ for hardware communication (e.g., serial interfaces, USB, MIPI, Ethernet). </li></ul><ul><li>Test and integrate drivers for new hardware components, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth modules, displays, battery management units, IMU, USB/MIPI cameras, and LiDAR scanners. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with electrical engineers in hardware development teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain configurations across multiple generations of hardware devices. </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to test automation, CI pipelines, and build systems (e.g., CMake, Buildroot). </li></ul><ul><li>Support large-scale deployment by packaging and updating firmware across device fleets.</li></ul> <h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li>A Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field </li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in embedded software engineering with strong hands-on skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient with ARM and x86 embedded devices, developing low-level drivers in user and kernel space </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with C/C++ (low-level programming, user and kernel space) and Python (scripting, test automation) </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with ARM and x86 platforms, cross-compilation, and toolchains. </li></ul><ul><li>Solid knowledge of Linux systems, comfortable with terminal tools and system-level debugging. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with integration testing, unit testing, and continuous integration best practices. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a structured way. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. </li></ul>  We’d love it if you have: <ul><li>Experience with over-the-air firmware deployment and provisioning tools (e.g., Ansible). </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers and RTOS environments  </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as USB 3.x, MIPI CSI-2, HDMI, or Gigabit Ethernet. </li></ul><ul><li>Background in working with MIPI cameras and LiDAR scanners. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience working in agile development teams with modern git workflows (branching, code review, CI/CD). </li></ul> <h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3>Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her).
