We’re aiming to make ~10 hires per quarter this year, so pace and quality both matter.Axle’s success is directly tied to the strength of our team, and you’ll play a key role in building the pipelines and systems that enable that.This is a standalone People Ops role, so strong experience across both People and Talent is critical as we scale. Huge plus if you’re an Ashby expert.<h2>What you will be doing</h2><ul style=""><li>Owning end-to-end hiring across multiple roles, both technical and commercial, from sourcing and screening through to offer and close</li><li>Supporting the broader employee lifecycle, including engagement, performance, and retention initiatives</li><li>Delivering a high-quality candidate experience while building efficient, scalable hiring processes</li><li>Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape roles, and improve hiring outcomes</li><li>Managing onboarding and set new hires up for success from day one</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2>A meaningful slice of equity in Axle, alongside a competitive salary.
