Key ResponsibilitiesAP Helpdesk Operations<ul><li>Primary point of contact for vendor and internal AP-related queries via ticketing tools, email, or phone</li><li>Handle escalated and complex AP issues such as invoice discrepancies, payment delays, duplicate payments, and account reconciliations</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries within defined SLAs</li></ul>Query Resolution &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Analyze root causes of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Track, monitor, and report helpdesk metrics including turnaround time, backlog, and resolution rates</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Communicate effectively with vendors, procurement, finance, and business teams</li><li>Provide clear explanations of AP processes, payment cycles, and policy requirements</li><li>Build strong relationships to improve vendor satisfaction and reduce query volumes</li></ul>Process Improvement &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, and company policies</li><li>Update and maintain SOPs and knowledge base documents</li></ul>Team Support &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Guide and mentor junior analysts and new team members</li><li>Support training initiatives and knowledge transfer sessions</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>SLA adherence and first-contact resolution rate</li><li>Accuracy and quality of query resolution</li><li>Reduction in repeat and aged queries</li><li>Vendor and internal customer satisfaction scores</li></ul>
