The Data &amp; Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.Role OverviewThe Associate Account Manager supports the Account Management team in driving revenue growth and client retention through account analysis, pipeline development, and renewal preparation. The role focuses on identifying whitespace opportunities, monitoring renewal and usage metrics, and maintaining accurate CRM data to support commercial execution.Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, the Associate Account Manager helps develop client-ready materials, supports contract and enablement processes, and ensures IP protection. This position is ideal for an analytically minded professional with a strong interest in financial markets who is looking to build a career in sales and account management.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist Account Management team to identify new revenue opportunities – conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Conduct account analysis to assist the Account Management team in identifying new pipeline opportunities, identifying white space and areas for license enhancements</li><li>Help to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and expand contacts within accounts to solidify renewal outcomes and identify areas for stakeholder expansion across accounts</li><li>Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.</li><li>Monitor and report on renewal of metrics, providing insights and recommendations to Account Management team</li><li>Assist Account Management team in ensuring CRM information is maintained including contacts, meeting notes, pipeline maintenance</li><li>Assist Account Management team with contract generation, account enablements and prospecting efforts</li><li>Assist in developing client-ready materials – Proposals, Business Reviews, Sample files and product collateral</li><li>Ensure IP protection by proactively tracking trials, account enablements and product terminations</li><li>Monitor competitive landscape and financial markets to inform account strategy</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Proven interest in a career in financial markets.</li><li>Experience in financial services, financial data or data analytics.</li><li>Genuine interest in developing a career path into sales and account management.</li><li>Proven analytical skills with ability to analyse data to help make informed decisions, utilising metrics to help drive strategy and performance.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.</li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel &amp; PowerPoint) required.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, demonstrating flexibility in approach and perseverance in overcoming challenges.</li><li>Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs and address market challenges.</li><li>Detail-oriented with demonstrated adherence to standards for client facing materials.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Experience with Salesforce and sales analytics tools</li><li>Familiarity with key client personas including Buy Side, Sell Side, and/or Energy &amp; Commodities.</li><li>An understanding of OTC Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Energy &amp; Commodities markets, enabling effective client engagement and strategy formulation.</li><li>Skills in nurturing long-term relationships with clients, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction through effective account management.</li><li>Previous experience in a sales development role would be an advantage.</li><li>Experience in collaborating with diverse teams.</li><li>Familiarity with financial modelling and analysis, which can support more sophisticated sales discussions and presentations.</li><li>Experience with advanced market analysis tools and software that support data-driven decision-making and trend forecasting.</li><li>Additional languages outside of fluent English would be advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with subscription revenue models and renewal life cycle management.</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level<ul><li>Professional / 4</li></ul>Annual Salary<ul><li>$70,000 - $80,000</li></ul>#PARAMETA #LI-ASO #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
