We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily credit operations including credit investigations, credit scoring, limit recommendations, and periodic reviews.</li><li>Ensure accuracy &amp; compliance of customer master data across SAP S/4HANA, HighRadius CRD Cloud, Emagia &amp; Informatica systems.</li><li>Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve credit holds, onboarding issues, and customer set-up challenges.</li><li>Maintain adherence to SOX, internal controls, and O2C data governance standards.</li><li>Review and approve team decisions for credit limits, master data changes, and required escalations.</li></ul>People Leadership<ul><li>Directly supervise a team of credit and customer master data analysts (10–15 depending on O2C organizational structure).</li><li>Provide coaching, development planning, objective-setting, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Manage scheduling, workload balancing, and upskilling to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.</li><li>Promote a customer-focused, high-accountability team culture.</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Engage regularly with business segment leaders, Sales, Customer Service, and onshore Credit leadership.</li><li>Communicate credit decisions, root causes for delays, and improvement opportunities effectively in English.</li><li>Support escalations related to credit holds, master data accuracy, and order processing.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Contribute to enhancements in credit scoring, automation, and master data workflows.</li><li>Support system and process improvement initiatives involving HighRadius and SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve cycle time, data quality, and customer experience.</li></ul><div></div>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Credit Management, O2C, Customer Master Data, or related functions.</li><li>Experience working in SAP S/4HANA and HighRadius (CRD, DMS).</li><li>Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Prior exposure to working with Sales and Customer Service partners.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience supervising or mentoring team members (formal or informal leadership).</li><li>Experience in a shared services or multinational environment.</li><li>Knowledge of O2C processes, data governance, and credit scoring tools.</li><li>Training in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).</li></ul>Competencies<ul><li>Customer-centric mindset</li><li>Problem solving &amp; decision making</li><li>Relationship building &amp; influencing</li><li>Time management &amp; prioritization</li><li>Detail-oriented</li><li>Team leadership potential</li></ul> Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 4 years experience, with at least 1 year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Strong leadership skills are crucial for managing a team of finance professionals effectively. • In depth knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both team members and senior management. • Proficiency in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making strategic decisions.
