You’ll support recruitment campaigns by helping ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling across channels—from email to webinars to web content.This is an execution-focused role on the Brand team, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in communications to expand access to deep tech entrepreneurship.Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft, build, and execute email campaigns in HubSpot to engage prospective applicants and partners</li><li>Support social media and communications project management for the recruitment cycle</li><li>Help maintain consistency and quality across messaging in partnership with the Brand team</li><li>Update and maintain recruitment-related website content and FAQs</li><li>Support development and refinement of outreach materials for communities and partners</li><li>Coordinate logistics for recruitment webinars (Zoom, Luma, calendar invites, registration tracking)</li><li>Ensure a seamless experience for attendees through strong operational execution</li><li>Support HubSpot permissions management and help maintain CRM hygiene for recruitment campaigns</li><li>Track timelines, deliverables, and communications across the recruitment cycle</li><li>Assist Fellowship and Community teams with outreach execution and coordination</li><li>Coordinate with Brand team to ensure alignment across campaigns and channels</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Strong communicator with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and professional content</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong execution mindset—you follow through and ensure things get done well</li><li>Comfortable working within structured systems, timelines, and tools</li><li>Able to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities</li><li>Collaborative and responsive when working across teams</li><li>Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Notion, or similar</li><li>Experience supporting email campaigns, events, or marketing operations</li><li>Interest in communications, marketing, or brand strategy</li><li>Curiosity about science, innovation, climate, or hard tech</li><li>Belief in supporting scientists and engineers to bring world-changing ideas to market</li></ul>About the RoleThis is a 40-hour per week paid internship running from June 1 through December 1, 2026, with a pay rate of $23.00/hour.
