We are seeking a Project Field Specialist to provide on-site project controls and document management support for a client-facing program. This role supports multiple projects and Project Managers by ensuring accurate document control, compliance with company policies, and efficient project data management. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide document management and project controls support, in accordance with company and client policies and procedures.</li><li>Set up, maintain, and manage document control and records management systems for multiple projects and project managers.</li><li>Ensure practices, activities, and documentation comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable client requirements.</li><li>Identify, resolve, and escalate document control or project data issues as appropriate.</li><li>Support on-site project activities as required to meet program and client needs.</li><li>Administrative operationssupport andoffimanagement including travel coordination, procurement processing,calendar andmeetincoordination.</li></ul>
