Role Summary: This role is responsible for overall maintenance of Extrusion lines and Injection Molding which includes Preventive maintenance, Breakdown handling, Spare parts management, Capex and Opex budgeting. He/She also responsible for people management for the dept including team building, progressive culture and implementation of best practices.Roles and Responsibility:<ul><li>Responsible for day-to-day Mechanical &amp; Electrical maintenance activities, equipment availability and R&amp;M cost.</li><li>Ensure robust systems for Preventive maintenance are put in place at unit and monitor compliance to preventive maintenance systems.</li><li>Monitor breakdowns at plant, lead team for RCA &amp; implementation of CAPA, take action to resolve chronic breakdown areas.</li><li>Resolve chronic engineering issues in unit to improve equipment availability &amp; reliability.</li><li>Implement system for asset management and identification and build-up of critical spares.</li><li>Implement guidelines for engineering improvement and implement system to monitor engineering health across the plant through an objective scorecard system.</li><li>Support implementation of Capital Projects by managing site execution of these projects.</li><li>Identification of skill gaps &amp; training needs of engineering teams at unit.</li><li>Keeping track of statutory &amp; regulatory compliances related to engineering.</li><li>To identify and develop vendors and contractors to provide quality service at competitive market rates.</li><li>Analyze and work towards the improvement of energy efficiency.</li><li>Implementation of best industrial practices in the plant to improve safety, quality, efficiency and productivity.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Any BE/BTech as education Qualification</li><li>15 to 18 years of experience into overall maintenance especially on extrusion lines and injection moulding.</li><li>System oriented</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>SAP knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of Electrical engg.</li><li>Sustainability</li></ul>
