And that’s where you come in.Job Description:The position is to manage all transactions in the General Ledger in compliance with Group rules, processes and working procedures in order to provide accurate and reliable accounting information for Head Office reporting and local needs arriving to the preparation of the Financial Statement and Income tax return. Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Book accounting entries in the GL such as fixed assets, depreciations, payroll, accruals etc.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliation.</li><li>Issue inter-company transaction invoice and perform account balances reconciliation  with inter-company partners </li><li>Prepare monthly closing reports for head office requirement.</li><li>In charge of VAT filing, withholding tax filing, mid-way withholding tax filing.</li><li>Review payments , employee expenses and petty cash management to ensure  compliance with internal policy and local tax regulations.</li><li>Managing invoice issue to client.</li><li>Perform and analyze cash positions and manage fund transfer back to Italy.</li></ul><ul><li>•preparation of the financial statement and corporate income tax report</li><li>Deal with internal and external auditor for</li></ul><ul><li>Supporting bidding activities such as budget of finance function and local tax analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with payroll supplier to monthly payroll report upload into SAP and tax filing related activities.</li><li>Review consortium financial report and payment request.</li><li>Support Head office on ad-hoc financial requests. </li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in accounting related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 2-4 years in audit firm working experiences.</li><li>Knowledge of business tax (VAT), Corporate income tax and withholding tax including expatriates benefit and service provided from foreign countries.</li><li>At least 5 years accounting working experiences with long-term contract accounting IFRS15 or a CPA license is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in English in all aspects.</li><li>PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point) skill.</li><li>SAP knowledge is preferred</li></ul> D.
