You’ll centralize and manage critical intercompany accounting activities across South and Eastern Europe, covering Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Poland, and Romania.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Regional Intercompany Accountant:<ul><li>Compliance &amp; Collaboration: Ensure strict adherence to Group intercompany policies and procedures, actively liaising with regional counterparts for seamless operations.</li><li>Mismatch Resolution: Analyse, understand, manage, and promptly resolve intercompany mismatches, disputes, and aged settlement positions, escalating for arbitration when necessary.</li><li>Account Monitoring: Continuously monitor and manage Intercompany recharge and accrual accounts for all regional divisions, identifying and resolving errors and their root causes.</li><li>Reconciliation &amp; Approval: Review and approve comprehensive reconciliations for IC accounts (Balance Sheet/Profit &amp; Loss), IC subledgers (AR/AP), and IC Loans.</li><li>Accurate Coding: Perform accurate coding of high-volume intercompany invoices within the AP management tool and provide proper coding and approval for IC accruals.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with regional finance teams, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors for all intercompany-related queries.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>A senior accounting professional with a strong accounting background and a minimum of 3 years of direct intercompany or reconciliation experience.</li><li>Proven ability to manage high volumes of invoices and transactions.</li><li>Proficiency in leveraging M3 system knowledge to review intercompany positions efficiently.</li><li>Exceptional communication and influencing skills to ensure timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously after initial training and manage recharges between divisions effectively.</li><li>Mandatory Language Skills: Native Italian and fluent English.</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Competitive salary package: An attractive and market-aligned remuneration.</li><li>Bonuses and benefits: Performance-related bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Continuous development and career opportunities: Professional growth paths and advancement opportunities within a global and rapidly expanding company.</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
