Bring your energy to Aggreko as an Intercompany Accountant based in Lomondgate (Dumbarton).The Intercompany Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timely reconciliation of intercompany transactions across Aggreko's global divisions.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as [role]: <ul><li>Ensure compliance with Group intercompany policies and procedures, actively analysing and resolving mismatches, disputes, and aged settlement positions.</li><li>Continuously monitor and manage intercompany recharge and accrual accounts, identifying and resolving errors and instructing the SSC on necessary invoicing or accruals.</li><li>Leverage system knowledge and global access to expedite intercompany reconciliation and streamline the pre-alignment and back-up processes for recharges.</li><li>Review, approve, and accurately code intercompany invoices and accruals, closely monitoring mismatch reports to ensure timely correction of variances.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with regional finance teams, serving as the primary point of contact for intercompany queries from internal and external auditors, and providing ad-hoc analysis for management.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance, qualified accountant or qualified by experience.</li><li>Experience in a similar intercompany accounting role within a global organisation.</li><li>Previous experience of reconciliations and multi-entity transactions</li><li>Expertise in M3 would be beneficial but not essential.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse regional finance teams.</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)   </li><li>Hybrid working   </li></ul><ul><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘   </li></ul><ul><li>Discounts &amp; perks   </li></ul><ul><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle  </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
