Our mission is to provide stable, secure, and scalable platforms that enable smooth and reliable IT operations.About the RoleAs an IT Systems Engineer – Platform &amp; Cloud Infrastructure, you will play a key role in ensuring TOMRA’s IT systems are reliable, secure, and high-performing — both on-premises and in the cloud. You will be part of our global IT Service Delivery team, collaborating closely with IT Service Design and contributing to the successful transition of projects into operations.The role is based at TOMRA’s global headquarters in Asker, Norway. Occasional travel to other TOMRA locations should be expected.What you will do:<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (primarily Azure) and hybrid environments.</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of server, storage, and backup solutions, ensuring scalability and security.</li><li>Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.</li><li>Support the transition of new systems into operations, including testing, documentation, and change processes.</li><li>Provide 3rd-level support for complex infrastructure topics, including maintenance and upgrades.</li><li>Assist with incident management, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery.</li><li>Collaborate on cloud security best practices, compliance, and cost optimization.</li></ul>
