We are looking for a Human Resources Manager in our Pittsburgh office to support and execute core HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-left:8px;">Perform a wide variety of HR duties by managing core HR functions through the employee lifecycle.  </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Serve as the primary point of contact for new-hire orientation and onboarding; coordinating with hiring managers to ensure all hiring processes are completed. </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Support HR operations across multiple business units/divisions, partnering with managers to ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and employee relations standards.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws while supporting policy updates, performance reviews, and succession planning initiatives</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Support the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, tracking completion, reporting, and supporting training and development initiatives.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Partner with payroll to support benefits programs and administration.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;margin-left:8px;">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-left:8px;">Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">3–5 years of progressive human resources experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines; construction industry experience preferred.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Broad working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management, and HR best practices.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
