Deputy Designer - Bridges supports project delivery by creating accurate and coordinated digital models essential for design development and construction. This role demands technical proficiency, collaboration, and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.BIM Modeling &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or other BIM tools.</li><li>Produce high-quality drawings, schedules, and reports aligned with project requirements.</li><li>Ensure model accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry and company standards.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or discipline-specific BIM software.</li><li>Experience model coordination, and multidisciplinary integration.</li><li>Knowledge of BIM standards, model structures, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong communication and team collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.</li></ul>
