The role<div>Responsibilities:  </div><div><ul><li>Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Supporting month-end reporting and BU management reporting packs </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Producing insight and commentary on variances, trends, and risks  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work closely with business leaders and IT, be the go-to-person for SW Capitalization process  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for Japan Entrustment process  </li></ul></div>What you’ll bring<div><div>Qualifications:  </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics, Economics  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>8+ years experience in Corp FP&amp;A, commercial finance or analytical roles </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build clean, scalable, and insightful models </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Business acumen and solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills; Ability to translate data into clear insights and action items to drive business decisions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across multiple teams, build strong relationships and support decision‑making. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support the strategic business initiatives and participate in ad hoc projects as needed, conducting deep-dive analyses of various business topics </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Change/Growth mindset  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Sense of ownership and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment  </li></ul></div><div>Bonus:  </div><div><ul><li>Ability to leverage AI tooling to automate the mundane and focus on the "why"  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Prior experience supporting engineering function in Tech industry  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Recent experience using Hyperion, Oracle </li></ul></div></div>#LI-PN1</div></div><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
