Used across diverse industries, they enhance the sustainability and efficiency of production processes globally.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements (sales, supply, services, and project-related contracts) across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Act as a business partner to sales, project management, and supply chain teams, providing practical, solution-oriented legal advice.</li><li>Support the execution of complex engineering and industrial projects, identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.</li><li>Manage pre-dispute situations and coordinate with external counsel when required.</li><li>Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.</li><li>Provide support on corporate governance matters, including drafting board and shareholder minutes and maintaining corporate records.</li><li>Deliver legal trainings and promote best practices across the organization.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Background in a top-tier law firm and/or multinational company.</li><li>Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.</li><li>Proven ability to provide clear, concise, and business-oriented legal advice.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.</li><li>High level of professional integrity and sound judgment.</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – this is a mandatory requirement.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in engineering, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.</li><li>Exposure to compliance and/or data protection matters.</li><li>Prior in-house experience.</li></ul> What We Are Looking For<ul><li>A hands-on, pragmatic, and commercially driven lawyer.</li><li>Someone capable of working with a high degree of autonomy, while knowing when to escalate.</li><li>A professional willing to go the extra mile and contribute to continuous improvement.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
