escalate issues with supporting data</li><li>Ensure alignment between internal expectations and subservicer execution</li><div><strong>Audit Management &amp; Execution</strong></div><div> </div><li>Lead servicing support for investor and state audits</li><li>Pull and validate required documentation, transaction histories, and account records</li><li>Perform payment tracing and transaction validation to support audit requests</li><li>Partner with internal teams to respond to audit inquiries and deadlines</li><div><strong>Reconciliation &amp;
