Relocation assistance is provided.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>What Will you Do <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive support for employee benefits programs, including life, health, dental, disability insurances, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, and employee assistance, as needed</li> <li>Administer the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees</li> <li>Manage the maintenance and processing of personnel data, records, and reports, ensuring all appropriate paperwork is completed accurately and promptly</li> <li>Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting</li> <li>Prepare and complete reports on key HR metrics, including attendance statistics, turnover ratios, and hire, termination, and transfer data</li> <li>Oversee time and attendance records within the timekeeping system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting</li> <li>Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for vacant positions, and coordinate new hire orientation programs</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as applicable employment laws to mitigate risk</li> <li>Administer employee leave programs, providing support and guidance throughout the process</li> <li>Process invoices related to HR functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial tracking</li> <li>Manage the administration of safety credentials, ensuring all required certifications are up to date</li> <li>Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing to ensure continuity and accuracy</li> <li>Oversee the Employee Relations program, fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns</li> <li>Conduct ad hoc reporting as required by management to support HR initiatives</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet departmental goals and objectives</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What You Will Need <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred</li> <li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, demonstrating progressive responsibility</li> <li>Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both languages</li> <li>PHR or SHRM-CP certification is nice to have</li> <li>Proficient in HRIS and Payroll systems (UKG, Kronos, BambooHR, and Workday)</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of E-Verify, FMLA, ADAAA, and relevant state and federal employment laws</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting</li> <li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and systems</li> <li>At least 2 years of payroll administration experience, ensuring accurate processing and compliance</li> <li>Excellent decision-making, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Outstanding project management, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills</li> <li>Familiarity with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures</li> <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions</li> <li>Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of client, company, and personnel information</li> <li>Understanding of labor relations and related HR practices</li></ul>Join ERMCO and TRANSFORM your career!<h2>Job Locations</h2>US-WI-Bristol
