This role will support  MET Group´s corporate strategy, evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities, as well as shape and manage various business development initiatives.Essential responsibilities<ul><li>Provide a clear view on renewables and conventional energy market trends based on economic, regulatory, technology and supply chain information to enable informed strategy and business decisions</li><li>Lead and facilitate multiple large strategic initiatives in cooperation with the executives of the Renewable and Asset Segment</li><li>Pro-actively propose and design identified operational excellence and strategic initiatives, build project teams, and support shaping MET Groups strategic agenda </li><li>Evaluate the strategic consistency of the Renewable and Asset Segment's business, as well as due diligence organic and inorganic M&amp;A/ project opportunities</li><li>Monitor competitor developments and benchmarks, as well as market developments across all business areas to assess their long-term impact</li><li>Originate and evaluate business/ investment opportunities in innovative, low-carbon fuel sources and technologies</li><li>Project manage pan-European and global business development/ building initiatives</li></ul>
