<ul><li>Support the origination and execution of structured power transactions across the covered markets, contributing to the desk’s commercial activity and performance</li><li>Support the senior originators in directly &amp; indirectly building and maintaining relationships with IPPs, developers, utilities and other market participants</li><li>Prepare term sheets, indicative pricing, internal approvals deal summaries and product pitches in coordination with the Power Desk</li><li>Maintain and develop the origination pipeline in the CRM, ensuring opportunities are tracked and progressed in a timely manner. Prepare and present reports relying on the CRM system</li><li>Work closely with trading, risk, legal, operations and credit teams to support transaction structuring, negotiation and implementation. Support product on-boarding and related internal project-management</li><li>Monitor market developments, identify commercial opportunities and contribute to market analysis relevant to origination strategy</li></ul>
