Working closely with the regional HR teams to ensure core HR processes are executed efficiently and accurately, and that employee questions are handled correctly.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the new hire and onboarding process, generating offer letters, contracts of employment and initiating background checks as required. Liaison with the screening provider and tracking that the required checks have been completed prior to start dates, escalating areas of concern to the HR Advisory, Compliance and/or Legal.</li><li>Completion of the onboarding process of new hires onto the HRIS system (Workday), ensuring the relevant teams are notified in advance of the start date.</li><li>Ensure new hires are welcomed on their first day, conducting Right to Work checks, collecting any outstanding documentation and issuing Welcome Packs.</li><li>Prepare letters relating to contractual changes (e.g. job changes, extended terms, salary increases/decreases, flexible working etc.) or family friendly requests, processing on the HRIS system (Workday) to notify the relevant teams.</li><li>Support the global mobility process, preparing secondment and transfer letters.</li><li>Support the leaver process including preparing leaver letters and settlement agreements, terminating on the HRIS system (Workday) to notify relevant teams and processing any termination payments.</li><li>Transact high volumes of inputs and changes to the HRIS system (Workday) on a daily basis.</li><li>Support the monthly payroll process to ensure relevant instructions are passed to Payroll and payments are included on the EIB before the monthly deadline.</li></ul>HR Shared Services Responsibilities (Tier B)<ul><li>Workday updates within three business days</li><li>Drafting employment contracts within three business days</li><li>Completion of background screening within 8 weeks</li><li>Initiation of joiners, movers, leavers notification and procedures</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesSkills<ul><li>Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information</li><li>Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multi task and prioritise/handle competing priorities</li><li>Process management and process improvement oriented</li><li>Flexible with the ability to work in an ever-changing work environment</li><li>Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently</li><li>Service oriented, providing excellent and efficient  interpersonal and written communication skills</li><li>Show a desire and aptitude to learn and develop</li><li>Skilled in Microsoft application software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)</li><li>Experienced Workday knowledge (preferable, but not essential)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience of working within a busy and fast paced HR environment, ideally in a HR Operations/Service Centre role</li><li>Experience of preparing employee documentation</li><li>Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, absences and offboarding)</li><li>Interested in a career within Human Resources</li></ul>Band &amp; LevelProfessional, 4.#LI-Hybrid #LI-ENTNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
