Pearl’s overall goal is to partner with all public programs in the U.S. such that every time a home is built or improved to standards set by a public entity, and/or with public support, the data about that home is made public on Pearl’s registry. Your mission as the Vice President of Public Programs will be to provide the leadership necessary for Pearl to achieve this goal by positioning itself as the leading provider of home performance services to the full range of public entities, including states, municipalities, and utilities.  In consultation with Pearl’s leadership team, the VP will develop and will oversee successful execution of a plan to integrate Pearl’s SCORE, certification, modeling, and other analytic tools into public programs, to develop partnerships with a broad range of public entities, and to enhance Pearl’s brand in the public sector. During 2026, the VP will both focus on opportunities associated with the Inflation Reduction Act rebate programs, and build on new opportunities with state, municipal, and utility programs.
