You will combine working independently with close collaboration within the team, with knowledge sharing and alignment at the core of how we work. As a scale-up, AFS offers a lot of freedom to take on recruitment projects and develop yourself in the direction you want to grow.What will you do?As a Corporate Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be the point of contact for hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, and keep a close eye on the progress of ongoing processes.
