The position supports the Independent Engineer in maintaining efficient expressway operations, safeguarding asset performance, and facilitating effective contract administration throughout the O&amp;M phase. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review O&amp;M work plans, maintenance schedules, and implementation programs prepared by the Concessionaire.</li><li>Review the O&amp;M Manual, operating procedures, maintenance methodologies, and emergency response plans.</li><li>Verify compliance of O&amp;M plans and procedures with concession requirements, technical standards, and operational objectives.</li><li>Review the performance of O&amp;M activities related to operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Assess service traffic operations, safety facilities, operational procedures, and incident management systems.</li><li>Review operation of toll plazas and toll fee collection systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Conduct Periodic Inspections, Operational Reviews, and Traffic Audits</li><li>Identify delinquent, delayed, or non-compliant O&amp;M activities undertaken by the Concessionaire. Recommend and monitor corrective and remedial measures.</li><li>Support actions required to undertake delinquent O&amp;M activities where necessary, in accordance with contractual provisions.</li></ul>About You:<ul><li>B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree;</li><li>Minimum 15 years professional experience; Proven experience in reviewing O&amp;M plans, manuals, and performance of infrastructure systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience in monitoring traffic operations, toll systems, and road safety facilities.</li><li>Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and preparing technical reports.</li><li>Familiarity with PPP project frameworks and contract management, including dispute resolution and compliance enforcement.</li></ul>We value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
