You will navigate complex regulatory landscapes and lead rigorous internal investigations, ensuring that Archer's corporate "nervous system" remains compliant, safe, and scale-ready as we revolutionize mass transit.<ul><li>Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide compliance programs to ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and aerospace regulations. Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate policy effectiveness and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving industry standards.</li><li>Employee Investigations: Conduct thorough, autonomous, and highly sensitive investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, and workplace conflicts. Gather and analyze evidence—including interviews and technical documentation—and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.</li><li>Policy Development &amp; Training: Partner cross-functionally to author, update, and deploy workplace policies and ethical conduct standards.
