About this role  This service provides a fully functional, site-based project quality management capability for the construction phase, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory and Employer quality requirements, independent oversight of EPC contractor QA/QC activities, early defect prevention and issue resolution, and the delivery of handover-ready, quality-compliant assets that support controlled commissioning and predictable project close-out over the project execution period, typically 18 to 24 months. Duties and responsibilities  Project Quality Management <ul><li>Establish and manage the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) aligned to Employer requirements.</li><li>Review and approve Contractor Project Quality Plans (PQP).</li><li>Review and approve Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Enforce quality control processes across all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).</li></ul> Quality Assurance &amp; Control Oversight <ul><li>Monitor and oversee Contractor QA/QC implementation on site.</li><li>Ensure correct application of hold points and witness points.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections, surveillance, and audits.</li><li>Verify material compliance, workmanship, and installation quality.</li><li>Ensure traceability of materials, components, and installations.</li></ul> Non-Conformance Management <ul><li>Establish and manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process.</li><li>Ensure all non-conformances are: </li><li>Properly identified</li><li>Documented</li><li>Categorised (Critical / Major / Minor)</li><li>Track NCRs through to closure and verification</li><li>Ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions.</li><li>Escalate critical quality risks to Employer management.</li></ul> Procurement &amp;
