Let’s dive in:</div><br><ul><li>Support the end-to-end execution of sales contracts and orders, from countersignature to final payment.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to manage and maintain accurate contract documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates.</li><li>Prepare and maintain regular reports such as shipment tracking and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.</li><li>Issue commercial invoices and partner with finance and sales teams to monitor and follow up on payment collection and credit risk.</li></ul></div>            Your profile<br>                <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><div>Alright, that sounded exciting, didn’t it? Now, to truly thrive and feel confident in this role, your background might look something like this:</div><br><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, or a related field.</li><li>Initial experience in operations, sales support, or ideally within the solar or energy industry is a strong plus.</li><li>Good understanding of international business environments or hands-on cross-border coordination experience.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights.</li><li>Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office tools, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with English at C1 level; Chinese at B2 or higher is considered an advantage.</li></ul></div>
