Reporting to the VP of Product &amp; Design, you will lead critical product areas including customer dispatch, customer performance, market settlement, customer hardware and metering data, and the overall customer financial experience — all of which are essential to driving trust, value, and retention for customers.</div><div><br>As Voltus scales into new resource types, customer segments, and markets, this is the role that turns our market-leading position into a market-leading customer experience — one that lets customers self-serve, understand their economics, and earn more value per MW under management. You don't just ship features; you create outcomes.</p></li></div></ul><h3>Qualifications &amp; Skills</h3><ul><div><li><p><strong>10+ years in Product Management</strong>, with at least 3+ years leading and scaling PM teams in high-growth environments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Deep expertise in energy markets</strong>, specifically demand response, DER participation, energy storage, or grid services. You understand enrollment, dispatch, performance measurement, and settlement, and you can hold your own with our Energy Markets team.
