This role involves account segmentation, prioritization, planning, and execution to achieve targeted sales volume, margin, and income levels.  This position is responsible for the P&amp;L for the region and for achieving revenue goals. Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, policies, capabilities, and programs to maximize growth and meet or exceed business targets (sales, margin, and income).</li><li>Identify new business development and market opportunities.</li><li>Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for promoting the Xylem Vue product portfolio in emerging markets.</li><li>Lead the development of short- and long-range financial plans, budgets, and other key business performance metrics based on Xylem Vue goals and growth objectives.</li><li>Work with the Xylem Vue marketing team to coordínate the introduction of new products and the implementation of cross-selling initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to maintain and further develop product selection to support market needs.</li><li>Drive the sales of software and digital products, leveraging expertise in these areas to enhance the Xylem Vue product portfolio's market presence and customer adoption.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>B.S. in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10  years of related technical sales experience.</li><li>Strong presentation skills and technical capabilities.</li><li>Previous leadership and managerial experience.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of consultative/value-based selling.</li><li>Proven experience in software and digital product sales.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
