Manage audit requirements, risk identification, and mitigation plans for HR processes.</li><li>Structure, implement, stabilize all the current transformation initiatives at HR operations onboarding level.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and HR technology advancements.</li><li>Lead projects related to system upgrades, automation, and digital transformation.
