Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and address technical challenges, Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and improve key metrics like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle time, and defect rates
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement using lean methodologies
• Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and operational efficiency
• Support the implementation of automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, Provide technical insights for process redesign and capacity planning
• Maintain safety protocols and drive a culture of zero-incident workplaces

Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate in Mechanical or Industrial or Production
• 5 to 8 years in a manufacturing role, with exposure to lean methodologies and process optimization
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft office and proficiency in SAP PP/MM modules
• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, automation technologies, and MRP systems
• Capable for solve any product related technical problem  
• Posses good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and team handling skills
