Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive electrical systems.Familiarity with scan tools, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic software.Ability to troubleshoot CAN bus systems, ECUs, BCMs, and wiring harnesses.Experience interpreting electrical schematics and service manuals. Certifications: ASE Certification or equivalent (preferred).EV or hybrid vehicle maintenance certification (preferred).Willingness to maintain and update certifications as required. Tools &amp; Systems Knowledge: Experience with preventative maintenance schedules and documentation.Knowledge of incident/change management procedures.Comfortable using digital tools for service tracking and reporting. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
