KONUX is a dynamic and fast-growing technology company that is transforming the way the railway industry works. Our AI-powered solutions empower our customers to make smarter, data-driven decisions, and our culture is fueled by grit, ingenuity, and credibility - we believe that these values are essential to unlocking the potential of technology and making a real impact. Job Description
At KONUX, Product Managers play a central role in shaping intelligent, data-driven solutions that improve the reliability and efficiency of railway infrastructure. As a Product Manager, you’ll own a key product area end-to-end — from identifying user needs and defining the roadmap, to working closely with engineering, design, and data science to deliver impactful solutions.
You’ll drive product decisions grounded in user insights and business outcomes, collaborate cross-functionally, and help scale our platform. Experience in IoT or analytics is a big plus, as our products sit at the intersection of sensor technology, machine learning, and operational excellence.
Apply now if you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, and are passionate about building products that make a real-world impact.
Your Impact
- Customer-Centric Focus: Engage with internal and external (customer) stakeholders to identify real-world problems, validate hypotheses, and ensure our products and services deliver tangible customer benefits.
- Product Ownership: Take charge of specific product features, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure solutions effectively address their needs.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps informed by market research, customer feedback, and technical capabilities, aligning with KONUX's mission to revolutionize railway operations.
- Team Coordination: Drive 2+ engineering teams, aligning product roadmaps, sprint objectives, and deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize strong analytical skills to convert complex data and customer insights into actionable product initiatives, driving continuous product enhancements.
To be successful in this role
- You have 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with analytics or BI tools and experience managing integrations or partnerships.
- You’re technically fluent, with a strong grasp of SaaS, data visualisation, APIs, and analytics frameworks — able to define requirements and collaborate seamlessly with engineering.
- You’re data-driven, with a clear ability to define, monitor, and iterate on KPIs to guide product decisions.
- You think strategically and spot high-impact opportunities that align with our mission to transform railway operations.
- You’re a clear communicator in English and German, able to build alignment and translate complex concepts into simple, compelling ideas.
