About the Job
- Du analysierst Lebens- und Futtermitteln mittels klassisch mikrobiologischer Kulturverfahren und Schnellmethoden (z.B. PCR)
- Du bereitest bzw. wiegst die Proben ein und nimmst Hygienekontrollproben (z.B. Tupfer, Schwämme)
- Du verdünnst, homogenisierst und pipettierst unsere Proben entsprechend der Verfahren
- Du wertest fertig inkubierte Proben nach DIN EN ISO 17025 aus und führst ggf. weitere Bestimmungsschritte selbstständig durch
- Du führst Funktionsprüfungen der Nährmedien durch und bist für die Stammhaltung/Referenzstämme zuständig
- Du trägst Ergebnisse in unser LIMS System ein und stehst für Rückfragen anderer Abteilungen z.B. Kundenbetreuung zur Verfügung
- Du kümmerst dich um Arbeitsabläufe der Laborroutine z.B.: Vor- und Nachbereitung der Arbeitsplätze zur Sicherstellung der hygienischen Anforderungen u.v.m.
- Die Stelle ist auch in Teilzeit möglich
