ETRM Business Analyst - FTC 2 years

Join our expanding global organization as a Business Analyst (BA) and become an integral part of our IT team! 

We are seeking a skilled professional to help define business problems, recommend and execute strategic improvements, and deliver impactful solutions. In this role, you will investigate complex and ambiguous business situations, drive efficiency, and strengthen business processes. You will adopt a holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities, engage with internal and external stakeholders for feasibility assessments, and document artifacts to manage scoping requirements for strategic IT projects. Your ability to develop models and diagrams to communicate data requirements, scrutinize cost-effectiveness, conduct root cause analysis, and implement best practices within an Agile framework will be essential.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Substantial experience within the energy sector with experience in producing functional analyses for Trading Operations;
• Exposure in a Business Analyst role with direct exposure to complex ETRM implementation projects;
• Experienced in applying modelling languages to analyse and document designs
• Hands-on software configuration experience in complex information system context (ETRM)
• Understanding the life cycle of a project.

What does hybrid working mean to us?

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
