We are seeking experienced Senior Civil Project Engineers to contribute to a significant infrastructure development that will have a lasting impact. This is an opportunity to be part of a complex, high-profile project requiring strong technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration.

About the Role

This position is currently based in our Sydney CBD project office, with occasional site visits. As the project progresses, it will transition to a roster-based arrangement in regional NSW.

As a Senior Project Engineer – Civil, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and controlling engineering activities across multiple work fronts. You will oversee technical execution, quality control, and compliance while working closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors to achieve high-quality project outcomes.
• Oversee defect resolution, manage non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and design implementation.
• Manage documentation, conduct team meetings, and facilitate clear stakeholder communication.
• Oversee cost control, budget performance, and subcontractor agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project success.

• 8+ years of engineering experience in large-scale civil infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years in a Senior Project Engineer role.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership experience in complex infrastructure environments.
• Sound understanding of HSE compliance and risk management.
• Proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and planning software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
