Wir suchen eine Co-Laborleitung (m/w/d), die gemeinsam mit der bestehenden technischen Laborleitung die Gesamtverantwortung übernimmt. Während deine Kollegin den technischen Bereich abdeckt, liegt dein Fokus auf Führung, Strategie und wirtschaftlichem Erfolg. Beide berichtet Ihr zusammen an direkt an die Geschäftsführung und seid Teil des Management-Teams.
Was dich erwartet
Team & Leadership:
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für unser wachsendes Team und sorgst für ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
- Gemeinsam mit der technischen Leitung übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das gesamte Labor.
- Du förderst Talente, erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst individuelle Karrierepfade für deine Mitarbeitenden.
Struktur & Effizienz:
- Die Planung und Koordination der Laborprozesse liegt in deiner Hand – von der Tagesproduktion bis zur langfristigen Strategie.
- Du analysierst Monatsberichte, identifizierst Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und setzt Maßnahmen um.
- Projekte zur Einführung neuer Prozesse, Methoden und Produkte werden von dir gesteuert.
Wachstum & Weiterentwicklung:
- Gestalte aktiv die Erweiterung unserer Produktion und die Expansion unseres Labors mit!
- Bei der Unterstützung von Budget- und Investitionsentscheidungen sowie der Optimierung von Abläufen hast du stets das große Ganze im Blick.
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen (z.B.: Vertrieb, HR, Controlling, Eurofins-Standorte) zusammen.
