About the Job

Fachliche Leitung einer Kundenbetreuungsabteilung mit derzeit 10 Mitarbeitern
Sicherstellung der geregelten Prozesse im operativen Bereich; KPI-Erfassung der Gruppe sowie Leitung der Performance Management Runde
Eigenständige Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten zur Optimierung der betrieblichen Abläufe und Umsetzung von Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden und Interessengruppen
Unabhängige Unterstützung und Beratung der Kunden in rechtlichen und qualitätsbezogenen, technischen und analytischen Fragen
Erstellung von Prüfberichten, rechtlichen Beurteilungen, Deklarationsprüfungen und Stellungnahmen
Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Lebensmittelsicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Verbesserung der allgemeinen Kundenerfahrung und -zufriedenheit
Entwicklung und Überwachung von Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) zur Messung und Verbesserung der Effizienz und Effektivität des Teams
Durchführen regelmäßiger Teambesprechungen und Fördern eines positiven Arbeitsumfelds, um die Moral und Produktivität der Mitarbeiter zu steigern
