About the Job
To support our growing office in Belgrade, we are looking for an administrative assistant to be a valuable part of our team, support our growing office and grow with us into more renewable future.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying to management.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Creation and following of Purchase orders
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Supporting HR to Maintain, control, and update administrative such as annual leave, attendance (absence), medical insurance, data base employee, etc.
- Manage delivery post / courier schedule.
- Supporting finance officer to prepare and check the payment for vendor and employee expenses.
- Supporting finance department in maintaining databases and invoices following
- Close communication with external accounting, ensuring correct and on time providing of all data and documents necessary
- Support in planning of business trips / events
- Supporting development and construction team structurally
- classify and archive received/issued of all hard copy documents/approval/permits related with projects
- Support in planning of business trips / events
