About the Job
Für eines unserer Teams in Wien suchen wir derzeit einen Analysten für die Vorbereitung von Medienpuffern mit Schwerpunkt auf GLP und analytischen Aufgaben. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen, sind aber nicht beschränkt auf:
- Vorbereitung komplexer Puffer, Medien und Reagenzien in Volumina von 1 l bis 400 l unter Gewährleistung genauer und konsistenter Formulierungen.
- Sie führen prozessbegleitende Kontrollen durch und bedienen Analysegeräte wie pH-Messgeräte, Leitfähigkeitsmessgeräte, Osmolarität, Temperatursensoren und Metaboliten Analysen (z. B. Glukose).
- Sie führen sterile Techniken durch und arbeiten in einer Laminar-Flow-Umgebung, um eine kontaminationsfreie Vorbereitung zu gewährleisten.
- Sie überwachen und pflegen den Bestand an Chemikalien und stellen sicher, dass diese für den Produktionsbedarf verfügbar sind.
- Tägliche Kalibrierung von pH-Messgeräten und Konduktometern, um die Messgenauigkeit zu gewährleisten.
- Beaufsichtigung des Versands von Medien und Puffern für die Produktion und den internen Vertrieb.
- Führen einer GDP-konformen Dokumentation für alle Produktionsprozesse und Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit und Einhaltung der Vorschriften.
