About the Job

Deine Aufgaben im Labor:

Analyse von Lebens- und Futtermitteln mittels klassisch mikrobiologischer Kulturverfahren und Schnellmethoden (z.B. PCR)
Vorbereitung und Einwaage von Proben und Probennahme von Hygienekontrollen (z.B. Tupfer, Schwämme), sowie die Herstellung von Nährmedien
Verdünnung, Homogenisierung und Pipettierung unserer Proben entsprechend der Verfahren
Auswertung der fertig inkubierten Proben nach DIN EN ISO 17025 und selbständige Durchführung weiterer Bestimmungsschritte
Dokumentation der Ergebnisse in unser LIMS System und Beantwortung von Rückfragen aus anderen Abteilungen
Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe der Laborroutine z.B.: Vor- und Nachbereitung der Arbeitsplätze zur Sicherstellung der hygienischen Anforderungen u.v.m.
Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen sowie Planung und Durchführung von Methodenvalidierungen und –verifizierungen
