Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Organizational Culture & Inclusion Manager will be responsible for leading and executing our company's inclusion strategy, opportunities and programs. This role will partner closely with leadership, Community Relations, Inclusion & Diversity Council, and cross-functional teams to build a more inclusive and diverse organizational culture that supports our company's values, commitments and objectives. The Organizational Culture & Inclusion Manager will also play a key role in driving progress and accountability towards our inclusion goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive inclusion & diversity strategy that aligns with our company's values, commitments, and business objectives. Lead the development and implementation of inclusion & diversity opportunities and programs that foster a more diverse and inclusive workplace culture
- Partner with cross-functional teams, specifically, Supply Chain, Talent Acquisition, Community/Public Engagement, and Talent Development, to integrate inclusive and diverse opportunities.
- Advisor for Affinity Networks: Assists with programming and event planning and assists with the establishment of newly created networks. Ensures programming is in alignment with Company goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on inclusion & diversity topics, provide guidance and support to employees and leaders across the organization. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inclusion & diversity and recommend new approaches to enhance our company's inclusion & diversity efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including affinity networks, community organizations, and industry partners. Communicate inclusion and diversity progress to employees and other stakeholders in a transparent and effective manner.
Qualifications
Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HR, inclusion and diversity or related field)
- 7+ years of experience in inclusion and diversity or related field
- Strong knowledge of inclusion & diversity best practices and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others at all levels of the organization
- Experience developing and executing inclusion & diversity strategies and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated commitment to promote organizational inclusion and diversity in the organization and the broader community
The expected starting pay range for this role is $103,000 - $139,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
