What You’ll Do:

Lead and contribute to mission-critical applications.
Build and maintain APIs, backends, and web/mobile interfaces.
Collaborate with the team to architect scalable solutions.
Mentor junior developers and set a high bar for technical excellence.
Continuously improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Tech Stack:

Backend: Ruby, PHP
Frontend: React Native, React.js, Angular with Ionic

Experience in these is a plus, but we value equivalent expertise in other languages/frameworks.

What We Expect:

3+ years of hands-on development experience (preferably more).
Strong understanding of full stack architecture.
Proven ability to lead and take ownership of projects.
Relentless drive to meet high standards and deliver quality.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies.
