Position description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Billing & Collection Team for a 4-month Internship Program. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in billing operations, accounts receivable management, and financial processes, while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Billing Support: Assist in managing the billing process for Rated customers, contributing to accurate invoicing and smooth operations.

• Account Management: Engage with an assigned portfolio of aging receivable accounts via phone and email to recover past-due payments.

• Query Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve invoice-related queries, contributing to timely and accurate solutions.

• Dispute Investigation: Research disputed accounts to determine the cause and validity of delinquent payments and propose appropriate actions.

• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate significant collection issues while taking appropriate action to address them.

• Process Documentation & Reporting: Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation and assist in reporting activities, contributing to process efficiency improvements.
