- Planung und Auswertung von Validierungen
- Aufrechterhaltung und Pflege der abteilungsinternen Qualitätsdokumentation
- Reklamationsbearbeitung (Koordination innerhalb der Abteilung)
- Festlegung und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen aus Reklamationen, Audits und Abweichungen
- Schulung von Mitarbeitenden
- Bearbeitung von Prüfvorschriften
- Ansprechpartner in QS-Fragen und Schnittstelle zwischen Abteilung und Qualitätsmanagement
- Koordination von Ringversuchen
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits
- Leitung von Projekten zur Qualitäts- und Prozessverbesserung
- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung/ Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse
