Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for providing basic administrative support for various aspects of the procure-to-pay process, taking direction from department leadership. In this role the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for providing quality responses in a timely manner when managing general procurement inquiries. Providing excellent customer service with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and motivation is key in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders through the Procurement Inquiry Email.
• Escalate complex problems or issues to the next tier of support.
• Assist with ad-hoc research requests and other administrative support duties as assigned.
• Represent the department in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with stakeholders.
• Perform in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Easily manage and efficiently prioritize simultaneous requests.

What's required:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year experience in sourcing/procurement, supply chain, or related function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs.
• Experience resolving issues and prioritizing competing requests for support.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.​
