What's on the menu?
On paper you'll carry the job title of Customer Success Manager. However, in the real world you get to carry the noble name of Food Waste Coach as well. Why? Because you get to lead our clients towards victory in their efforts to become champions in food waste reduction. How? By engaging with a wide range of individual locations — from hotels and restaurants to hospitals both in Spain and globally — as a trusted consultant on food waste reduction, you'll build a highly diverse and dynamic portfolio. Your goal is to help our clients identify where they can improve and implement these changes. They need you to analyze patterns in their food waste, so they can achieve their set goals. Translation: You are the food waste expert that no Head Chef, F&B Manager, or GM can do without. As icing on the cake, you will have the opportunity to engage in discussions within Orbisk on how we can further optimize and continuously enhance our product.
The key ingredients for success
You have prior experience in a SaaS B2B client-facing role (approx. 2+ years of relevant experience).
Fluency in Spanish and English required. It is an added plus bonus if you speak any other languages!
Experience in the hospitality, sustainability or food sector is an added plus.

€3300 - €3900 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).
32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
To take a break to recharge, we encourage you to take 30 days of annual leave per year (based on full time).
To ensure you are taken care of later on, we have a pension contribution of 7%.

About the Company

Orbisk
Orbisk has developed the world’s first fully automated food waste monitor. We outfit your waste bin with a scale and a smart camera. The camera runs an AI image recognition algorithm that recognises ingredients from images. Effortlessly, we register what food is wasted and why. By means of action-oriented dashboarding, you'll be able to find and optimize the inefficiencies in your food providing process, annually saving an estimated over 4,000 kilos of food waste for an average sized restaurant, worth €20,000 - €60,000, thus improving sustainability and profitability!
