About the Job

Auftragsabwicklung: Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen in unserem ERP-System. Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und termingerechten Abwicklung von Bestellungen.
Angebotsmanagement: Erstellung von Angeboten in Absprache mit dem Vertriebsteam. Überwachung von Angebotsterminen und Aktualisierung von Preislisten.
Kundenkommunikation: Professionelle und zeitnahe Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail oder persönlich. Beantwortung von Anfragen zu Produkten, Preisen, Lieferzeiten usw.
Beschwerdemanagement: Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Beschwerden. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um schnellstmöglich Lösungen zu finden und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
Datenpflege: Aktualisierung von Kundendaten und Auftragsinformationen im System. Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität und -genauigkeit.
Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsmitarbeitern durch Bereitstellung von Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung, der Vorbereitung von Verkaufsunterlagen und der Kundenbetreuung.
Berichterstattung: Erstellung von Berichten über Verkaufsaktivitäten, Auftragsstatus und Kundenzufriedenheit. Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
