About the Job
The role involves converting leads and building client relationships, quoting, closing deals, and working with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery. You’ll be out in the field most days, so a valid driver’s licence and your own car are essential. You’ll need proven sales experience with Solar PV and BESS systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage your own time and targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers to understand their energy needs and goals
- Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate value to customers
- Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship-building
- Communicate the benefits of solar and battery solutions in a way that inspires and motivates customers to make a purchasing decision
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently secure deals
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
