Job Description

Purpose Statement:

Supports the Manufacturing and Engineering departments by providing varied design and technical support.

Results Expected:

1.   Working with the Manufacturing and Engineering Departments, designs, builds, documents, programs and maintains electrical test and calibration fixtures needed to test/calibrate new and existing Isco products. Ensures that Manufacturing goals are met by participating in problem-solving and goal setting.

2.   Develops and maintains test/calibration procedures to perform production testing and calibration. As needed, this will be done using the assistance of the appropriate Design Engineer, Production Technician, and/or appropriate Product Support Engineer.

3.   Assists Production Technicians and/or Product Support Engineers in solving technical problems on Isco products, as needed.

Maintains a safe and organized work area by following all safety procedures and maintaining area as directed.

Assists in achieving the goals of ISCO by performing other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Requires Associates Degree in Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Engineering Technology or equivalent related schooling and experience.

• Experience designing manufacturing support equipment and testing equipment required. 

• Should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well with people, also able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, have a proper sense of urgency to resolve problems that can significantly affect the company's financial performance

• Experience with and knowledge of computers and programming is preferred.
